A Licensed Clinician Grounded in Experience
I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over a decade of experience working with individuals navigating trauma, identity, and complex emotional patterns.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, while also allowing space for deeper internal exploration beyond structured methods alone.
I have worked across multiple clinical settings, supporting individuals through anxiety, trauma, and significant life transitions.
Over time, my work has shifted toward a more focused, intentional model — designed for those who are ready for deeper engagement.
Training & Foundation
My training includes trauma-focused therapy, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), along with approaches informed by cognitive and behavioral frameworks.
I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, identity-related challenges, and complex emotional experiences.
This work is informed by both clinical structure and the understanding that deeper change does not always follow a linear path.
Structured. Intensive. Intentional.
This practice is built on the understanding that traditional weekly therapy is not always enough for deeper work.
Instead of relying on ongoing sessions over long periods of time, this approach focuses on structured, intensive experiences that allow for more direct engagement.
It is designed for individuals who are ready to participate actively in the process, rather than remain at the level of insight alone.
The focus is not just on understanding patterns — but on creating movement within them.
Who This Work Is For
- People who feel stuck despite ongoing therapy
- Those looking for a more focused and structured approach
- Individuals ready to engage beyond surface-level discussion
- People committed to meaningful internal change
Beyond the Clinical
This work reflects both clinical training and a continued interest in understanding the deeper layers of human experience.
Outside of structured sessions, I spend time reading, writing, and exploring the intersection between psychology, identity, and personal change.
This practice is built not only on professional experience, but on a commitment to approaching this work with depth, presence, and intention.
Start with a conversation.
If this approach feels aligned, the next step is to begin with a consultation.
